The world is fluffed this morning with several inches of fresh snow, but we all know that beneath all that it is spring! To celebrate the turning of seasons, and all that goes from dormant to alive, including our dreams, hopes, and plans, I'm throwing the door open wide and offering a 25% discount on the building plans for each of the four houses in the Shelter Collection! That's a savings of $500 per plan, loves. I'm excited for you.
The sale will continue through the entire first month of spring, and will close at 11:59 p.m., MDT, on April 21, 2016.
Keep a watch out in the coming weeks for posts that share never before seen details of the interiors of these small houses. In the mean time, you may enjoy the following posts describing my inspiration and thought process as I designed each one:
Study plans for each of the houses in the collection are available for just $10 and include the floor plan, the exterior elevations, and a compilation of detailed information that I've written for anyone who is thinking about building one of these houses. The purpose of the study plans is to give you a bird's eye view of the design and layout of the houses, as well as useful information in choosing a contractor, and what you might expect regarding permitting as you plan your build. The study plans come as PDF downloads and can be printed on your home printer.
The full-set building plans will take you from the beginning to the end of the building process with your licensed contractor and trades. From bids stage to punch list, all structural and finish details, including all cabinet, bookcase, bunk, and built-in wardrobe plans are included in the building plans. These plans are also downloaded as a PDF and can be printed at any large-scale print shop (Office Max, Staples, The UPS Store, etc).*
Now then, let your dreams come alive! Happy spring!
