I played a little this weekend, brought a basketful of wild home from the riverbank. Tansy. One of my favorites, come mid August.
On our dining table, a ball of yellow buttons in a white footed vase. Like sunshine there.
Come Sunday, friends dropped by. Unplanned & unexpected. But so just right.
The bed was unmade, there were dishes in the sink. And?
There were flowers on the table.
