And, as you may have guessed, after all that travel (1100 miles, anyone?), we've moved slowly the last few days. Good, good, I say. Lots of books, reading, and just being, in the shade of so many trees with the water falling down and flowing past rocks and under the bridge to the small pond where the (big!) koi and goldfish swim (and where boys swim in the pool nearby), sometimes knitting (yes that project came on this trip, too, and now the first 24 rows of a cable-knit alpaca throw are done!), and letting the time hang loosely all around.
But, best of all, he's here, and we're here and the right now is so, so good!
